Warranty Period
The warranty period begins from the date of purchase mentioned on the original invoice or order confirmation.
The warranty applicable to Fanora products is as follows:

Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failures only that occur during normal residential use within the applicable warranty period.
If an eligible component is found to have a manufacturing defect, Fanora will, after inspection and verification, repair or replace the defective component at its sole discretion.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from physical impact, misuse, improper handling, incorrect installation, or external factors.
The following situations are not covered under warranty:
- Products or components that are physically broken, cracked, bent, or damaged.
- Damage caused by accidental impact, dropping, mishandling, or negligence.
- Damage resulting from improper or incorrect installation.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering.
- Damage due to electrical faults, voltage fluctuations, power surges, or lightning.

- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches, dents, discoloration, or fading.
- Damage resulting from commercial or industrial use unless specifically approved by Fanora.
- Any component not specifically covered under the warranty period listed above.
How to Claim Warranty
If you believe your product is covered under warranty, please contact our customer support team with the following details:
- Order Number or Invoice
- Customer Name
- Registered Mobile Number
- Product Model
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs or a video showing the defect (if applicable)
Our support team may request additional information to verify your warranty claim.
Inspection & Resolution
All warranty claims are subject to inspection by Fanora or its authorised service representative.
If the claim is approved, Fanora may, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the defective component, or
- Replace the defective component with the same or an equivalent component.
The decision to repair or replace the product or component shall be made solely by Fanora based on the inspection findings.
General Warranty Terms
- This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- A valid purchase invoice or order confirmation is mandatory for all warranty claims.
- Warranty applies only to products purchased through Fanora’s official website or authorised sales channels.
- Replacement or repaired components will continue to be covered only for the remaining period of the original warranty.
- Warranty service does not extend or renew the original warranty period.
- Fanora reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any warranty claim.
- Fanora’s decision regarding warranty eligibility shall be final.
Limitation of Liability
Fanora’s responsibility under this Warranty Policy is limited to the repair or replacement of eligible components covered under warranty.
Fanora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including installation charges, removal costs, transportation expenses, loss of use, or any other expenses arising from the use or inability to use the product.
Changes to this Warranty Policy
Fanora reserves the right to modify or update this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice.
